The Principal Agent

The Principal Agent specialises in the letting and management of its own high quality, energy efficient homes in the county town of Maidstone Kent.

All our properties are less than twelve  years old and benefit  from having  ensuites, family bathroom and cloakroom. Kitchens are fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and extractor.

Gardens are designed to be low maintenance with paving, decking or small lawns and all properties come with a  garage or allocated parking space.            

Properties are fully  insulated and fitted with condensing boilers and low energy lighting which results in an energy performance certificate rating of C or higher.

All our interiors are decorated in light pastel shades to allow our clients to work from a blank canvas and personalise each room with their own distinct furnishings. If required (at additional cost) we can arrange to have the property furnished from one of our contract furniture suppliers - please ask for further details.
