The Principal Agent manages its own portfolio of properties throughout Maidstone and the surrounding area. Formed in 2011 by its three current directors it has shown steady growth to date and continues to seek out properties that meet its business model.
It all started with the purchase of an off plan terraced property on the outskirts of Loose and has expanded to own a number of properties ranging from town house, link detached and terraced units.
Despite its growth, The Principal Agent remains true to its core values of providing excellent customer service, modern efficient housing and very competitive market rates.
We currently offer six and twelve month tenancies and plan to offer three year tenancies with a break clause in the near future.
Our clients are testament to our service and quality housing - very few leave and we currently exceed the national average tenancy period by twofold.
