From the 1st of February The Principal Agent is now able to offer tenants who have completed a one year tenancy the option of taking out a two or three year agreement subject to certain conditions thus giving security of tenure.

The Principal agent has appointed a leading Kent based marketing company to design a company logo which will be implemented on all future websites and stationery. The design brief was to produce a distinct logo that conveyed the company's business whilst incorporating its colours of blue and white.
September 2014
From the 1st of September 2014 The Principal Agent will be offering all existing clients the option of one year tenancy agreements. To qualify for this facility tenants are required to have completed a satisfactory six month assured tenancy agreement.
May 2013
The Principal Agent is proud to announce that on the May 2013, it was incorporated with Companies House and is now registered as a limited company in England and Wales.
